someone bought an item from me....and decided to pay a week later .....i tought he wasnt ...and i relist it .....can he still buy it

Didn't you try contacting them about payment before you relisted it?  I think they have 7 to 10 days to pay.  

Yes, you can still sell it to them.  You can just end the listing.

yes, alll you have to do is pull it off the list.  then all you have to do is email him and tell him that u can do a shipment and have him give u the adress and stuff.

delist the item that you relisted and you'll be able to sell it to him if you would like/

eBay help is what you need then..... it may seem like a drudgery going through the pages, but thats what it's there for.
