Ebay how to reply to negative feedback?

on ebay, someone posted a negative feedback on me, how do i reply back to that feedback, i cant find any options anywhere..thx

The correct link to reply to feedback is http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl... .  Depending on the nature of this transaction you might consider leaving them feedback at eBuyer Feedback.  They even let you rate your customer via their DBR system (think of it like DSRs for buyers).

click on your feedback score( the # of feedback you have not your profile) on your "my ebay" page then on the bottom of your feedback page it says "reply to feedback received" and there you go.
