  1. ignore it - it's a scam.

  2. sounds like a scam, just ignore it

  3. Is there a remote chance that a member of your family could have bought it, younger brother/sister?? If not, then id change your username and password asap, just to be on the safe side, and id contact ebay about the e.mail!!

  4. it's probably a phishing email, attempting to get you to enter your eBay userid & password into a false website (so they can access your account).

You should forward that email to spoof@ebay.com and they will sort it out for you.

  5. It's a scam, if you reply to this they know your e-mail account is active, if you enter into a dispute about this item then eBay and you go round and round in circles chasing something which wasn't even sold eventually most people give up.

If I were you, I would also delete an account I wasn't using or at least remove my credit card details until I needed to make another purchase.

    Well done for asking!

    Stay safe

  6. Contact the sender and ask if they have got the address wrong

  7. It's spam, I had one a while ago from eBay seller saying I owed them money and they would report me if I didn't pay in 24 hours.  Just ignore it.

  8. I send all emails like this to spoof @ebay.com, and they always turn out to be phishing.  Ebay chases them back to disable them.  You did the right thing opening a new page to check out the number.  Never ever respond to these.

  9. Have you had an e.mail sent to your e.bay account if not it's a scam just report it to e.bay and let them take over. All the best and don't worry about it.....

  10. send it to spam@ebay and bin the email...its a scam,i got one for a jetski in the usa, nothing to do with the original seller its just somone trying to scam you....youve done the right thing for asking.
