Ebay invoice???

Question

I want to sell a pen on Ebay.

I have not put it for auction. But i know some buyer who wants to buy it.

How can i send him an invoice on his account without making him bid or put the item on auction using ebay or pay pal?

you can't..

if you both have paypal, send him your paypal email address and have him sent payment to your account. Once received, make sure to confirm his address, and mail it to him.

go to paypal click on   request money   you need the buyers email address ... not the ebay address   .... and then fill in the rest of the info.  ---  the buyer does not need to set up an account to pay  to your account all the information that is needed is sent in the request for money form

You can have him send you payment to your paypal account and bypass the ebay fees, by doing this, you'll have the money and his adress, don't ship until you have the money in your account or you could get scammed, and don't scam them either, as paypal will take the money back out of your account.

Ask on Ebay Community forum for an alternative way. They have Ebay staff there. You used to be able to have a listing just for a buyer you choose, but they've changed their rules.
