Alright so I'm going to be buying something from ebay for the first time ( Buying over the internet for the first time also) So please excuse my Internet shopping illiteracy .OK! So here goes. Before committing to buy on ebay. It gives me this ( Cost $524.99

Sales Tax: 5.000% QC Sales Tax (applies to subtotal + S&H)

Shipping and handling: C $25.00 -- UPS Standard Canada. Additional services available.

Shipping insurance: C $15.00(Required)

Payment methods: PayPal, Personal cheque, Money order/Cashiers cheque, Visa/MasterCard, Other - See Payment Instructions. ) What do they mean by applies to subtotal+S&H. Does it mean subtotal + S&H and then I add on the 5% sales tax?

So would it be $524.99 + 40$ S&H times 5% sales tax which would make it $593.23? Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. So could someone please show me how to do it and let me know if I have the right answer?

Thanks in advance
