how can i get this message to stop? and why is it saying this?:

Attention Seller:

Thank you for choosing eBay.

In order to help maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on listings. At this time, you are limited as to the listing of certain items. Please do not attempt to relist this item for 30 days.

Sellers who have a consistent positive selling history of such items may be eligible to have these limits raised. If you would like eBay to review your limits or if you have any additional questions, please email us at Customer Support.

We sincerely value you as a member of our trading Community and look forward to a continued successful relationship with you.

it does this any time i want to sell something new, or just revise an item

  1. Talk to a eBay representative. Go to help on the upper right hand screen on MyeBay page and look for talk to representative or skype something like that.. I have 201 100% feedback score and have sold about 60 things. Never received that message. Hope you get it resolved.

  2. It's not from ebay.

Ebay will address you by your registered name, Mary Jones or Paul Smith (or whatever).

    Ignore it or report it.

    Update.

Then you'll have to contact customer support but not through any links in the message or to any address in the message, take the details from the ebay site. (I still say con!)
