Ebay listing and Paypal problems?

Yesterday evening i started to sell on ebay for the first time, I have been buying off ebay for about 3 years and have been using Paypal for this time aswell but have never sold untill last night, and im starting to wish i hadn't bothered. Everyone says it's so simple you just take a picture and give a description and that's it, but it obviously isn't.

I listed six items at 9 last night and have loads more to list but then they wouldn't let me list any more untill i verify my Paypal account which involves them depositing some money and me checking it and this could take up to a week and is a little annoying as i wanted to list and end everything all at once.

So now the next problem is two of my listings are not showing up in the searchs in ebay nor in my more items from this seller part. The other four are up and some are being watched but two aren't even listed which is not fair as they have my money and my items are not being shown for people to bid on. The two that aren't listed I have tried to revise and edit but sure it won't even let me do that until i verify my account and by the time i do the 6 days could be up!

does anyone know what i should do or if this will sort itself out as i really need the money from these items and if ebay is going to be a hassle i'd rather sell them at a car boot sale or something

I've used Ebay for years and have found their live chat is very helpful.  They will walk you through step by step whatever problem you are having.  They shouldn't have any of your money yet because they bill you monthly for all items listed.

I've sold tons on Ebay.

The debiting money from your account is if you want to pay sellers fees by direct debit.

I don't have a direct debit,only a savings account,so this isn't nessesary.Go back and check your preferences.

Also it can take ages for items to list.If you go back and revise an item this will go back into the system to be relisted.Robbery really seeing as we pay for it!

I have this problem as well - not able to list or edit unless PayPal is verified.

eBay is sucks and I do not recommend eBay to anyone as I have bad experience with eBay.
