i have been charged 100 euro fee bye ebay ,for a car that was listed bye me ,the person who won car did not reply to my emails ,nd when he did he said he did not what car ,can i get refund for this item as it did not sell regards paul,

  1. Your first step is to open a non paying bidder dispute. If the person who 'won' it still refuses' to complete the transaction [which he probably will on the basis of better to get a strike against him than get a car he does not want] you can then apply to ebay to have the 'Final Value' fee refunded.  You still pay the basic listing (advertising) fee. Most of your 100 euro charge is in the FINAL VALUE fee (auctioneers sales commission in other words).
