Ebay listings removed ?!?!?!?twice in a row (P90X home fitness gym DVD)?

\i have paid for two items in the last two days that were removed by the ebay trust and safety team. i have already transacted the money to the seller and i have contacted the ebay live help. the transaction still appears on my paypal account but the item is no longer visible in eBay,not even in my summary page. i am asking why the trust and safety team keeps removing the listing, and if eBay is doing any actions to get my money back?

Probably because it wasn't a real P90X ... If it read: "Like P90X"  That's the reason. You can't say "like" in listings.  The seller probably got turned in by someone selling the real deal..

But don't put off getting into shape ... you only have 'til 2011.  The world is ending you know.
