Ebay makes me worry?

Question

I broguht an item on ebay

and ebay told me something about loss department and said the user is suspended

also the seller say the item was

Shipped

but i dont know what to do if i dont get the item

i paid with paypal

it also said

Shipping Company: refunded

Shipment Tracking Number: refunded

so i dont know whats going on

It sounds like ebay realized that the seller was a problem, suspended them, and refunded you your money. You need to check your paypal account and see if the money has shown back up in there. Don't expect the item to show up, either.

Most likely if you check your paypal account, you will have a positive balance.  It sounds like ebay has already refunded your money to paypal.
