Ebay...negative feedback?

Question

Why on earth has ebay removed the option to leave a buyer negative feedback?! I haven't been paid for an item and I can't even leave him negative feedback. I have reported him but still...isn't this a silly change to make?

OK, I just checked again and you're right!  If you want to leave negative feedback, and we all should do it, go to the link at the bottom.  This is their forum and everyone is complaining about it.
