Ebay or Paypal problem?

Im using a program to snipe auctions on ebay and I won a auction but then I noticed I did not win. I got an error message from my program called Bid-O-Matic that says:

This seller has set buyer requirements for this item and only sells to buyers who meet those requirements.

"You are unable to bid on or buy this item because:

You either don't have a PayPal account or your PayPal account is not linked to your eBay account. We encourage you to register with PayPal - it is the fast, easy and safe way to pay. Register with PayPal | Already have a PayPal account?"

However I do hav a paypal account and it is linked to my ebay account as far as I know. Im sure I am paypal confirmed.

Have you tried bidding without bid o matic? Sounds like a software issue and I wouldnt be suprised if ebay programed this glitch so that you use their products only
