Ebay payment question?

I just won a lip gloss on ebay, which i paid for thru my credit card. at the end, it said the amount would be deducted under the seller's name on my statement. I didnt sign up for paypal, but it says i paid thru it. Is this safe?

Sounds strange.If you have never signed up for Paypal..Are you using someone else's ebay account?

That doesn't sound right. Where did you make a payment to? The invoice that sent to your email? Ebay seller usually offer Paypal for credit card payment. You cannot use Paypal if your not sign up.

You should look into it. See who got your money. Email ask  the seller if he/she got your payment.

Forward the email you received (the one that you click to send payment)  to [e-mail] to see if it comes from eBay. Wait for a reply and if it doesn't come from ebay, you should contact your credit card company immediately.

You paid through PayPal.  And yes, it is very safe.
