Ebay / paypal HELP!!!

Question

Okay, so I sold a purse on Ebay and the person who bought it paid for it, but on my paypal it says that the item payment is unclaimed. On the paypal help it says:

"Your recipient did not sign up with PayPal using the same email address that you used to send the money. The recipient simply needs to add this email address to his account (he can add up to eight addresses) and confirm the new email address."

I don't really get what that means?

Ok the person needs to add the email address that corresponds with the one he/she uses on ebay.

Make sure you communicate with the person and paypal as well to figure this out. Try contacting paypal about this. What paypal should do is at least try to contact the person who made the purchase to inform them that they need to update or add that email address in order for the money to be sent to your account.
