Ebay...paypal???

If you had an item for sale on ebay and the person already has paid for it then the item was lost how do you refund them their money and tell then it was lost?

yes return the money and email the buyer to let them know you are refunding there money and the reason why/

you go to paypal and click on "send money" and send the money back using the email address of the person who paid for it
