Ebay paypal trouble?

i am having trouble with paypal , when i log into paypal i have a message saying unclaimed payment , how do i claim this payment, I see no way of claiming the women who i sold the item to says i am showing up and not having a reg paypal

Ask her whether she sent payment from PP balance, or from her credit card. Odds are you have a basic PP account and she has paid by credit card in which case you will need to uprate your account to accept the payment. This means you will also end up paying 3.4% to PP for every payment you get.
