im 14 and wanna order stuff from ebay

my mum wont let me use her card

so can i use mine ?

and will they let me even though im my age ?

or do i have 2 be 18

Ebays regulations stat that you must be 18 or older to purchase, the reason is because a minor can't legally enter in a contract unless emancipated/

Well you can use your credit card and You don't need to be 18 I think you can buy with your parents permission . My brother and I buy in ebay and were not 18 He uses his own credit card but we have parents permission , so i would guess you can Use yours Tho I am not completely sure , If this doesn't work look at the ebay rules That should help
