  1. Yes you can cancel their bid if you wish but I have had many, many customers with zero feedback that have been brilliant.  They've paid instantly most of the time, but on the rare occassion I have had a zero feedback bidder that has never paid and after giving them ample time to pay I then put them into eBay by filling out a dispute form ( very simple to do ).  Ebay will take care of it then and you are given the option to either send a second chance offer to the next bidder in line or relist it.

  2. I wouldn't.  You don't ship to them until you have received CLEARED payment, so you really have nothing to lose.  If they don't pay, you just file against them and you can get your fees back from eBay.

My most expensive items- A Dale Earnhardt booster for $350 and a jewelry item for $400 were both from ZERO Feedback buyers.  They just happened to register to be able to buy my tempting items.  If you are smart, you use Pay Pal as so many personal checks can have a stop pay put on them and even money orders are fake often.  The exception are USPS money orders.  At any rate, if you use Pay Pal be sure to only ship to a CONFIRMED Pay Pal address and use Delivery Confirmation and insurance for YOUR protection.  I emailed both of the bidders I speak of, welcoming them to my auctions but added a friendly reminder to have them make sure they had a confirmed address before I would ship.  They can contact Pay Pal and get that done in just a few days.  Some new buyers don't know that is a must to smart sellers.  My zero FB buyer on the Earnhardt seat bid 12 times.  I am certainly glad I didn't cancel her bid!

  3. Yes you can cancel the bid if you wish to do so as there is an option to cancel bid.

  4. They have zero feedback so they haven't bought anything on their ebay account yet? I would say let them bid. If they don't pay thats when you take it to Ebay itself, they will handle it from there
