hypothetically, lets say someone is auctioning off a game system (wii, xbox360, or ps3) and they start the bid off at .99 cents. If i end up winning it for like $25 do they have to sell it to me for that very low price?

Please answer if you're only positive :)

  1. You would owe $25 plus shipping which can be any amount the seller chooses. So make sure you check before you bid or you could end up paying like $75 for the game.

  2. you'd pay $25.

  3. well, u can get games systems at this website for FREE....

all u have to do is fill out offers, get points and then spend them. u dont have to put real info on offers but put it on your rewards 1 profile so they can mail you the prize... and its all free make sure you go to free on the available offers

  4. if they don't have a minimum bid, and it doesn't have a minimum requirement, like some have, then yes, they're supposed to sell you the item for that price..

That is excluded shipping charges though

  5. Yes. It's legally binding.

If you don't get your item you can take 'em to court.

  6. Yes, they have to sell it to you for $25 unless there was a reserve in which case it would have "reserve not met" when you placed your bid.  Also, be ware of super high shipping on cheap items and always check the sellers feedback!
