Ebay question--please help! In trying to list an item for sale, I'm getting an error message!?

Question

Says to enter information in the "highlighted fields"--but there aren't any! This is my first time using the form. Is this a glitch, or am I doing something wrong?

I have list over a hundred items  - you must be doing something wrong - but don't worry.  Try starting over - or - send me some screen shots of what you are doing and maybe i can talk you through it using email - might take a while - but we can try.

Welcome to the world of eBay! It's a weird, wacky place and you learn something every day!  

If you are getting an error message, it usually tells you what the problem is---it will be highlighted in RED. I do agree that starting over could be easier.

But if you still keep getting an error message, make a note of what it says, go to the home page of eBay and on the right margin toward the top of the screen you will see LIVE HELP...click on that and then it will ask you what type of problem you are having--selling. And someone can walk you through your problem.  If it says it will be a long wait for help, they will tell you so you don't waste too much time.

I've encountered a couple glitches listing items on Ebay.  The forms are far from perfect.  Best advice I can give is start over and try again.  And if you're selling any tech items watch out for the Nigerian scammers.
