  1. call up your bank and you need to email the seller that you are having problems with your bank.

  2. Are you talking about the new secure code for Credit/Debit card purchases online?  It's a code edsigned to keep the use of your card specific to you online, i.e. so that no one can steal or borrow your card details and do the same.  You will have to phone up the bank concerned and arrange for one to be issued.  Although, when I tried to do the same, I ended up with a lot of grief!

  3. Your question makes no sense, so I am going to have to use my psychic powers to decipher it.

I am going to assume that you are attempting to pay via PayPal and you do not yet have an account set up or, if you do, you have yet to activate it.

When you open a PayPal account, in order to verify that the card and/or bank account you are using is yours, it will make 2 small (under £1) deductions from your account (which will be immediately refunded). You need to find these amounts, either via your online account or, if you do not have Internet banking, from your paper statement, and enter them when prompted in the PayPal account set up process. This is, as I have alluded to previously, purely a security measure; in this way you verify to PayPal that the card and/or bank account is yours.

So, for example, you might see something like (and I believe the entries will be marked either 'eBay' or 'PayPal' (I set my account up so long ago, that PayPal was still a separate entity and not yet owned by eBay). Just find the amounts  (e.g. £0.52 and £0.68) and enter them in the PayPal account creation form and continue to setup your account.

If that's not what you mean, could you please post back with more details as your question really doesn't make any sense.
