Ebay question will i get my money back?

i recently bought louis vuitton hair cubes that i was promised were authentic and i have since called 3 stores and they all told me they were not offered in that color that i purchased. he told me that i could get my money back if they were not authentic. and im going to prove that they are not but it was only through email that i was reassured this. am i going to get my money back? what happens next if he says he doesnt have to?

If you paid with paypal, you're protected and you'll get a full refund. You'll have to ship the item back when paypal requires.

open a 'item not as described claim'.

That's what I would do first. However if they don't respond within a few days, go and file the dispute.

You could get an idea of how the seller handled past transactions by going to toolhaus ---> ( http://www.toolhaus.org/ )and typing in their username. It'll show you only negative and neutral feedbacks left for them.

If the seller wants to be honorable, he will refund the money.  I hope you saved the e-mail where he promised a refund if found fake.  I'm sure that you will need a letter of proof from a Louis Vuitton store.  Maybe even mypoupette.com can supply that.  I hope that you used PayPal.
