Ebay refund help?

okk so i sold an iphone and it said iphone ver 2.0 and i said it can be easily unlocked an it can! and for the carriers i put ATT because that all it could work for. then after it gets to him he msg me saying he wants a refund beacuse he didnt know how to unlock it and on my listing it said ALL SALES FINAL. do i ahve to refund him because i listed the truth and only the truth.

please help beacuse i sold it fai and square. i even paid insurance for the dudee.

Some people are never satisfied no matter what you do.  If you want to keep a good reputation on Ebay, then give this person a refund.  Chalk it up to experience and move on.  I would go one step further and block that user from ever bidding on any more of your auctions.  Tell him to ship it back to you WITH INSURANCE and when you receive it in good order, give him his refund.
