  1. Be careful the amount of times you list the same item and Ebay removes them, in a certain amount of time, they can ban you for 30 days or worse.

There is some copyright infringements on your listing....be careful of the things you are listing that is coming with the phone.

  2. Pulp Fiction is what's killing you.  Take it off the listing.  Put, "and more!! (contact me for details)

Many times other sellers will report competitors that use the same wording even though they are breaking the same rules.  My guess is that another seller is specifically targeting your auctions.  We have had this happen.

If it goes down again.  Remove "Pulp Fiction", and possibly the firmware version from the auction and replace it with "and more" & "Free firmware upgrade".  Then put "contact us for more details and the free firmware upgrade".  This way you aren't selling the "non-standard" firmware or movies.  You are selling the PSP.  You are "giving" the upgraded firmware to the buyer.  There is nothing wrong with that.  At this point, nobody can prove that you are selling anything but a standard PSP.  Meanwhile, your target audience should get the hint.

  3. maybe it was you needed to write the word down and not copy them word for word
