  1. DO NOT POST THEM ANYTHING. I have been scammed like this myself. They bought my camera and after I COURIERED it (they paid for that too) they disputed the transaction and took ALL the money back! I will NEVER deal with Nigerians again. Contact Ebay immediately.

  2. You don't have to accept the payment.  But you can choose to give a price for overseas shipping or insist the item is posted within the uk. Don't worry - they have entered into a contract with you, and by winning the auction the next step is up to them.  If they don't pay you can start a non-paying dispute with e-bay. However, if they do pay, just make sure you have good insurance and shipping to allow you to track the item once its sent. Good luck !!

  3. You should have stated the regions that you wouldn't ship to, or asked for Overseas bidders to contact you prior to bidding.

Accept the Paypal and insure the delivery (signature required)

Never sell high value things to folk with less than 30 positive feedback!

    Good luck

  4. Take note of what your second answer answered also send everything you have to spoof@ebay.com and also notify paypal so that they are aware the buyers only joined and you believe it's a scam spoof@paypal.com

  5. Can't believe anyone would take this for anything other than a scam. I have just 'sold' a camera on E-bay. Got a good price for it. Then came the joke. The buyer had a London address, had just opened the account and of course had no feedback. They said they had paid extra into Paypal, and to send it to Nigeria, and as soon as they had proof of postage they would release the money! As soon as you see 'Nigeria' you KNOW it's a scam. I was going to say they must think people are stupid, then I saw cookie's answer!

  6. Seen this one before , you'll get a false PayPal Email saying that once you have posted the package and provide the proof of postage , the money will be transferred.

This is a FAKE PayPal Email.

The idea is that once you've posted it you can't get it back and they don't pay.

  7. It's a scam. Send them nothing and put your item back up for auction, specifying your terms for posting overseas.

  8. You wont get any money, its the biggest scam going.

Report it all to eBay get your fees back and then relist stating on the listing NOT FOR SHIPMENT TO NIGERIA. Also do not accept bids from bidders with less than 5 feedback

  9. report this to eBay and to pay pal - see what they have to say - you will have to send copies of emails to them.  Do NOT send anything even if it looks like you have a payment.  This sounds like a scam - always block  areas you do not want to bid on your items. Pay pal will only cover you for £500 anyway - block them from bidding again.
