Ebay scam!? paypal claim?

so i just bought an ipod nano 8gb for 250usd off of ebay, to find out a day later after my money has been transferred that the seller has cancelled their account. I filed a claim to paypal to get my money back, but im really not too sure how much they really bother about this kind of stuff.

anyways, has anybody ever got a refund back from paypal after a scam?

also... im guessing its pretty much impossible to catch the seller rite? after all, one he recieves the money and spends it theirs nothing anybody can do about it....

my sister ordered a book and she hasnt recieved it yet..

they usually respond back to you but i don't know what they'll do

iif they erased..ii thiink iits worth a try cause iit's still money..lol..and you do get a refund and the person gets bad comments..but siince he erased iit GOOD LUK!
