Question:

Ebay sellers: please help...billing agreement?

Every now and then I get an email that says:

eBay Seller Fees Recurring Billing Payment‏

and it's usually around $10 and taken right out of my PayPal account. I thought I already paid for the listing of my item, why do I keep getting charged? And if I'm not selling anything anymore are they going to keep randomly sending me this bill and take money from my bank account?

I checked the help section and looked at billing agreements but it didn't help at all. Can you please help me, or at least explain to me what is going on?

  1. Are you sure that the $10 is not your listing/final value fees?

Your best bet is to chat with eBay. Click on LIVE CHAT on eBay's homepage, and select a Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist can help you understand what these charges are, and if they shouldn't be charged, then the billing specialist can help you reverse the charges.

I've had problems with billing before, and the quickest way to resolve it was to chat with their Billing Specialist
