my friend has bought an item on ebay she recieved a confirmation email. she does not hold a credit card she has a 3v card with no money on it does she have to pay immediatley??

Usually it will tell when the payment must be sent.  If all else contact seller and they will probably work something out

she should contact the seller asap to find out how they want paying, as they do like immediate payment

eBay gives the buyer 7 days to pay for an item. She should contact the seller and make arrangements to pay. After 7 days the seller can file a non-paying bidder report and then the buyer has 7 says to pay, or she will receive an unpaid item strike. So, contact the seller, but end the end you have 14 days total to pay for an item.

look on the item description and usually the seller will say when they want payment, usually within 7 days

Yea the seller can be contacted by you. Just let them know when you can pay obviously the quicker you pay the better feedback you will get
