how long does it take to transfer money from bank to ebay account

Assuming that you're in the UK , it takes around a week to upload money to your PayPal account from your bank.

If you mean that you want to pay for an item you won on eBay, you don't have to upload money yourself.  Just click on the 'pay now' button and follow through the screens to confirm.

As soon as you confirm the payment, the seller will get an instant notification that they've received your cleared payment  (the money doesn't actually come out of your bank account for about a week though).

It should only take 1-3 banking days, depending on the bank and its relationship with E-Bay.
