Ebay unpaid item dispute?

Hi, I sold something on ebay and the buyer never even responded to e-mails, messeges , etc. He didnt pay either (go figure) and i was able to file an unpaid item dispute. What happens with that if he still doesnt respond at all??

Nothing, ebay just refunds your fees and then you put the item back on ebay.  It happens.

Nothing will happen.  Ebay will contact the seller a couple of times.  If they never respond ebay will return to you all of the seller fees involved in listing the item.  You will then have the opportunity to leave the orginal buyer negitive feedback.  You can then relist your item and hopefully it will sell a second time.  Nothing happens to the person that did not pay unless this is their third time doing it.  If thats true they will have their ebay account frozen and will not be able to open a new account.  HOpe that helps.  I am currently in the exact same position.

Resell the item to the next highest bidder, or just put it on again. Who cares about them, just let it go.
