Someone who i want to buy from says shipping insurance is required, and he told me i had to give 2.00 extra to the post office? Does this mean i have to give it directly to the post office, or will the seller take care of it?

  1. If the auction does not state either "Insurance required" or "Insurance is included in the shipping and handling" then you don't have to pay extra.  Basically, you don't have to pay if the page doesn't say anything about insurance.

Did you actually win the auction?  Do not send any money unless you are stated as the winner on the auction page.  This sounds fishy to me.  You said, "Someone who I want to buy from" not "I won an auction."  Can you please post more info?  I don't want you to get ripped off.
