  1. Oh my goodness! £200!

I think you've been scammed. I dont think you'll get your money back but i think you should contact ebay and give them his email address.

  2. How did you pay? If it was cash, cheque or transfer, you're screwed!

If it was Paypal or credit card, you should be able to claim through them.

  3. I hate it when ebay sellars act like this, its so unfair on the innocent buyer (i know i've been there)

Anyway, how did you pay?  If you paid via paypal then contact them directly and they should be able to refund you, once they've checked out your story, tried to contact sellar etc.

If you paid by cheque you could try and cancel it.

I think that the only way you will get your money back is if you paid by paypal.

    Contact paypal on 08707 307191

Good Luck i hope you get your money back.

  4. contact the police. He could be charged with theft or fraud

  5. omg 200 thats a big sting, when u paid for it didnt u get a confirmation email with his name and address and stuff?? i think u might have to except it unfortunately.

  6. If you paid with PayPal with your credit card you can file a claim with them.  At the same time you can dispute the charge with your credit card company.

If you paid with a money order or another method, you can file with Ebay.

It is sometimes frustrating, but you should be able to get your money back.

Go to the PayPal website and file a dispute.  It should be fairly self explanatory.

  7. If you payed through paypal contact them and let them know you have been scammed. they'll help you get your money back.
