Ebay worldwide ship?

how to activate the option to find the product that ship to vietnam (or worldwide also)...thank you

You don't say if you are buying or selling.

When buying the ship worldwide option is on the left hand side of the page, after choosing it you click show items.

When selling it will be one of the options when choosing type of shipping.

This is a really bad time to be listing though,  If you aren't aware of ebay's policy changes that will soon be taking effect, please take a look at this video that explains them very well and join the thousands of ebay buyers & sellers who will be boycotting ebay Feb 18th - 25th I wouldn't want my listings to end in between those dates!

At the top of the page there should be a link or an option to display/customize your selling options (you have to be using the sell your item form).

Click that link and then go to shipping options and check everything so that international shipping shows up.
