  1. Sign on to your Ebay account, and go to My Ebay, then click on "My Account" on the list on the left side of the page.

This view will show you what you owe, and you can look up exactly what the charges are for.

You may owe a small amount from a sale a long long time ago, and they just keep bugging you about it. Another option is that you may have subscribed to some type of service that you keep getting billed for each month.

Again, you can look up exactly what the charge is for.  If it IS for some type of subscription, you need to cancel the subscription. In that case, click on "Subscriptions" underneath the "My Account" list on the left side of the page.

  2. Go to www.ebay.com, My eBay, My Account, then View Invoices. It will show you what you're being charged for and you can view invoices for the last six months. Maybe they billed you but your payment method on record was not approved so they just keep billing you every month until it gets paid. It happened to me when I switched banks- I forgot to update my card number on eBay. I think the third time they billed me was when I finally looked into it and fixed it.

  3. you can get live help on ebay and theyll help you good. go to ebay.com and start selling a pretend item (dont actually confirm sale) and on the right side it wil say live help... g'dluck
