Eclectus for sale near Deltona Florida?

Question

I live in Deltona Florida, and I am in search for a decently priced female eclectus. Ive found birds that are perfect, but are 500 miles away and don't want to risk shipping them. I don't want to scare eclectus on the way down. If anyone knows of a good place, Id be more than thankful.

Please never buy a bird! Adopt one, since there are so many good birds in shelters across the country that need good homes, and buying 'fresh' birds make lives even more miserable for these poor creatures. First of all, if you're a beginner in parrot owning, don't buy an Eclectus -- they're pretty high-end parrots. Do some hard Googling before you make up your mind; I know it sounds a little simple, but the point is to DO it. Visit www.avianwelfare.org to find your nearest parrot shelter.

Hi, my Eclectus was shipped to me on an airplane and it arrived just fine, from California to Washington state.  The airlines now have pet handling service that do a real good job.  When the airline counter handed me the carrier, I looked inside and the little guy was busy eating.  When we got home, I opened the carrier and he stepped right up and ate some more.  I tried real hard too to find one near me but I couldn't find one.  I don't think you should fear having the baby shipped.

Yes, I know what an Eclectus is, I am actually wanting to get one.
