Eclipse CD 8443 Secuirty Help

Question

I changed my batteries then I put my security CD in and my system was working fine. Then later, my system froze and an error message SECURITY 00000000 appeared.I put my CD in again and nothing happened. I can listen to my CD but that's it. I can't even change the volume. I then press the reset button, then the message changed to SECURITY 7B500861I can still silten to my CD and that's it. I can't even change the volume, but I can move to the next song.HELP!!
