Help My upper thread'

 When I thread the uppper looper thread though the jet stream hole and pump until Isee the thread (kept peeking) I could get it after it goes though, but I try to sew the thead won't feed with the others. It is there but it won't hook on with the others. Therefore it is loose riding with the rest.
