Eclipse car CD/DVD/Navigation AVN-5435 screen

Eclipse car CD/DVD/Navigation AVN-5435 screen says "check map disc" and below that "display open/close" and "disc eject". Power button will not work, no buttons will work. Movie will not play or cd will not play. That just stays on the screen.
