The eclipse which will be beginning at 4.03 pm and ending at 5.56 pm, will be at its peak at 5.02 pm

Nope. The only people in the US who will be able to see it are probably up in maine and they will only see a partial eclispe. So none for the rest of us.

Sorry, but you're not going to be able to see it.  The US isn't in a region that will be able to view it.

Parts of Canada, Russia, Mongolia, India, and China are in the total eclipse viewing zone.  Eastern North America, and parts of Europe and Asia will experience a partial eclipse, but Texas isn't in that region either.
