Eco-friendly way to package Wet Wipes?

Is there an eco friendly way to package Wet Wipes (like baby wipes, wet towelettes, feminine wipes) without the use of aluminum or any type of plastic packaging to keep them from drying out?

Shaklee has wipes that are nontoxic, fragrance free, mild on hands.  They are made from ingredients from natural sources derived from coconut, biodegradable, no phosphates, recyclable wipes and packaging and no dyes.

Put them in a tupperware type container that you can reuse. Also, lots of those wipes have chemicals on them that are irritating. Why not just a damp cloth?

Well, you could use recycled plastic, made from bottles and other plastic material... other then that, there's not much more
