Ecology Career outlook? I am an ecology environmental studies undergrad right now..what are the job outlooks?

I am an undergrad at UC San Diego, and with a major of environmental studies...what are the outlooks of getting a good paying job after I graduate? (considering I have a BS degree)Are jobs dealing with the environment (esp bio) really grim right now?

Good if your plugged into networks.  Join one of several professtional societes or organizations that are out there.  Most have student chapters. Try NAEP.org.  They are even having a national conference in San Diego soon.

Sure are many opportunities there ow.  If you want a good paying job then you should begin now making yourself known.  The more you can be in the public eye and honestly listen to people then the better for you.
