  1. Choice B is the best. Many more people will apply for a job if they know they will be trained to do it. So skill level will not interfere with a job search.

    Choice C is unclear. If they have less work to do due to machinery, then yes. But if they have to do more work by hand instead of machine, than no.

    Choice D is a definite no, that would do the opposite, it would lower interest as more comp, the better.

    so Choice B is it
