Yep ,I guess they do all they can (as well as running a home and children) .They are probably the economic equivalent of a fuelled up tractor.Their descision making seems to rely on how the rest of the community will listen to women in general.

In that respect Nepal has a fair way to go.Then again so has agriculure in the UK
