Economic stimulus check!?

I have still not received an economic stimulus act check/direct credit although I filed well before the 15th April deadline! What could be the reason for this? The 2007 tax return was by first.

The government s running behind by about two weeks,i first got a letter on a Monday morning telling me my stimulos check was on the way and i should receve it Friday. They had allso given me a number to call if i did'nt get the check in the next six weeks.

WEll it came two weeks later

You may have to give them a call because about everyone i know has gotten their check.
