government is sending cash checks to taxpayers

meant to promote spending which may help the economy in the short term

about 600 bucks

use it to best affect your situation

the gov wants you to spend it , my advice use it to pay down you highest credit card or loan debt  (the one with the highest interest rate)

Saving your stimulus checks actually helps the US Dollar.

Spending it will most likely export your money to China in exchange for the widget you purchased. Hurting the Dollar and the economy.

First calm down, you seen excited. It is meant to help the economy by putting more money into our hands and spend it out on the economy. The amount you get is determined by the amount you made last on your taxes. You can use as little or as much as you want - they won't ask for an account later. I would pay off those high interest bills if you got them. I just got totally out of debt and love it! Our economy is in a slump. This stimulus check is meant the put money back into the economy by our spending it. The amount you get is based on what you filed for taxes. You get so much for yourself and so much for any dependents. But I chose not to stimulate the economy. I put my check right into savings to stimulate my account.
