Economical Travel options for daily travel Between Toronto and Kingston, Montreal and Kingston ??

My wife is having her Office in Toronto and I'm having mine in Montreal,

thus while navigating through the maps we found Kingston in Midway, thus we are planning to stay in Kingston and travel daily for our offices.

Is there any effective transportation service and can we get monthly pass for it?

This is not a practical solution.  You would be each looking at a 5 hour commute round trip each per day.  Time to pick one city and live there

There is Via Rail and Greyhound busn but both will be very long commutes. You can buy a pass, here:
