  1. Neither of those types of discrimination are rational. People should just accept that we are all different from eachother and not get worked up over it. I feel that all forms of discrimination arise from a need for recognition and a confidence boost--sexist or racist people want people to be more like them so they can feel comfortable with themselves.

Which will be eliminated first, though? Well, I'd have to say racism, just becaue everyone insists on being so freaking politically correct nowadays. Plus, there's the influence of the media and all of the biased reports we hear on the news. The color of someone's skin doesn't make a difference in the kind of person they are (except for cultural matters), while gender changes people directly. Men generally have more physical power and are less emotional, among other traits. And women are generally weaker and more emotional, again among lots of other things.

Like I said before, I just wish we could accept eachother for who we are. These forms of discrimination are just plain stupid and are hindering the human race from becoming happier.

  2. This really should be in homework.

But to answer your question: By people becoming more educated.

  3. Racial discrimination will be more likely to be eliminated in the work place because there are no differences while there is between gender.  A woman per say is weaker and is likely to be able to do a physical job where as all races would be able to compete relatively the same.

    Hope this helps :)
