Why would a decline in the value of the dollar prompt foreign manufacturers such as BMW to build production plants in the United States?

When the dollar de-values against the Euro it cost more dollars to buy a BMW in Germany, if they make them in America the price will stay constant here, while falling in Europe. the result is more sales both foreign and domestic. A win win situation.

This is what I think is that land and commerical buildings are lot cheaper because of our Real Estate decline. Also there money is worth more. That is  why New York is getting more tourest shopping in this country.
