getting to anyone this summer?

sure is here, we cant go on vacation infact we havent gone on vacation in 3 years, we cant drive anywhere, heck, when we drive we have to keep the AC off to save gas, and the other car we cant afford to fix thr AC. So much more things.

Well, no sense getting depressed about being oppressed. After they tighten up the controls they will loosen up the funny money. I guess the tax payer chumming we saw will buy them a little time or slow down the threat of rebellion among the masses.

You mean you get to go out? I am disabled, can;t walk very far or ride a bike, anything like that. The batteries in my power wheelchair are not working properly but since my husband needs every spare penny for gas in the car so he can go earn enough to be able to MAYBE buy a few groceries, I can't replace them. The kids don't get to go anywhere, they don't get to know their extended family very well, the kids and I leave the house twice a week for church. THEY are the ones truely missing out.

**ETA**MY husbands employer(a major national chain) just quit paying holiday pay with no notice, medical co-pays went up....and although he is attending on-line college, with the way things are by the time he is finished it won't matter if he makes $10 more an hour than now as his loans will all be due and expenses will be that much more.

With hi gas prices my family and i cant buy as much as healthy food anymore and i dont get payed more like i used to.

My family buy over 600 dollars worth of grocery each month and we dont get much like we used to but since the high gas prices went up we are able to spent over 600 dollars but not so much any more.

And now they have risen the rent earlier this month for an extra 100 and i just wanna say what the heck is bush doing to solve all this because now my family is going broke and its hard to save money.

Little useful hint: When highway driving, it's more efficient to turn the A/C on.  When driving through a city/town, it's better to let your windows down.  Hope that can save you some $.  And I strongly suggest saving and investing if you are in dire straights...otherwise you will never get out of the slump.  Good luck.
