Economy in a very bad situation?

I mean with Oil prices rocketing, the Housing market, fossil fuels costs rising I am talking about the UK by the way. Do you think the economy is set for catastrophe or is there a way to solve this?

Yes!!

not only in UK, the economy of the whole world is badly hitted by Inflation. Till now it's not easy to say any solution of this problem. But soon we will be able to come out of it.

Ya, not only in UK every where in the world economy is in a very bad situation.  It is a recession period and Economy will become bad to worse with in short period. Don't worry economy will return to normal condition but it will take a long time.
